Setup takes about 10 minutes. No new gadgets — just the Apple Watch they already wear. Create a family circle, invite the people who care, and Harmoni starts reading HealthKit data passively in the background.

Understand

7 days to learn what's normal

For the first week, Harmoni quietly observes. It learns your loved one's personal baselines — their resting heart rate, sleep patterns, temperature rhythms, respiratory rate during sleep. Every person is different, so Harmoni calibrates to them, not population averages.

Detect

One number. Colour-coded. Clear.

The Harmoni Score distils multiple health parameters into a single, colour-coded number. Purple means all is well. Yellow means a mild shift. Orange means check in. Red means it's time for a closer look. Multi-parameter shifts — like elevated heart rate and poor sleep together — are what catch real events early.

Nudge

Gentle alerts, not alarms

When something shifts, Harmoni sends a warm, clear nudge — not a clinical alarm. You get context, not raw data. 'Mum seems a little off today — might be worth a check-in.' If nothing shifts, you hear nothing. No news is good news.

  • Morning and evening summaries, plus one mid-day nudge if needed
  • Quiet hours respected (10pm–7am) — only true urgencies break through
  • Voice calls for meaningful changes (gentle tier) and urgencies (warm tier)
